House of Dance Company (HODC) is a selected Competitive Group that represents our House of Dance Studio at community events, Dance Competitions and
Dance Conventions.
2026 INTENSIVES & AUDITION INFORMATION
1- Our audition process is integrated directly into our COMPANY INTENSIVE WEEK —meaning dancers will audition on the last day of INTENSIVES, rather than at a separate event. This streamlined format allows students to showcase their skills in a familiar environment, while also giving instructors an immediate sense of each dancer’s strengths and areas for growth.
Combining AUDITIONS and INTENSIVES ensures every dancer receives personalized feedback and the opportunity to dive right into their training without delay.
HODC Auditions are open to all House of Dance students 6 yrs or older (as of Jan. 2027).
2- HODC INTENSIVES & AUDITIONS will take place on:
July 28th, 29th & 30th
6:00-9:00pm

INTENSIVES & AUDITIONS will have a cost of $150
(Any dancer who does meet the requirements for our 2026-2027 HODC, will receive a $75 credit from Intensives/Auditions back to their Parent Portal).
3- AUDITION FORM will go LIVE on this Webpage on Wednesda, July 1st.
All forms must be turned in by July 15th and must be reviewed by a parent or legal guardian.
Audition Requirements:
- Electronic AUDITION FORM filled out
- Wear Black Top and Bottom form-fitting dance wear
- Wear Turner Shoes (half-soles) or Jazz shoes
- Hair fully pulled back without fly-away hairs on face
- Arrive 10 minutes before your audition time (according to age)
- Follow instructions once you arrive at HOUSE OF DANCE Studio.
4- If you are not available for Intensives & Auditions dates, you must contact Miss Gaby at gabylucasHOD@gmail.com to make arrangements for an out-of-town audition.
Auditions are required for all company members.
